The Grape Tap invites you to the Wine Cellar for a private wine tasting with Specialty Imports. The tasting will explore Ridge Vineyards. Though born in the early sixties to the post-Prohibition world of modern California winemaking, Ridge relies on nature and tradition rather than technology. Their approach is strai...ghtforward: find intense, flavorful grapes; intrude upon the process only when necessary; draw the fruit's distinctive character and richness into the wine. out of California.
Wine Tasting will include: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Zinfandel, Merlot & Cabernet accompanied by light appetizer pairings.

Wine Tasting will include: Rex Hill Pinot Gris & Pinot Noir, A to Z Chardonnay & Pinor... Noir, Bethel Heights Chardonnay & Pinot Noir accompanied by light appetiser pairings.
